Asian Sensation Stir-Fry
Aprox. Calories: 230-350 for 2 cup Skillet Mix. Suggested Music to Listen to while Preparing: Weezer
Tools: 1 Large Skillet, Skillet Cover & Spatula
Ingredients: 1 Egg, 1 Splenda Packet, 3 TBSP. Soy Sauce, 1 -2 TBSP. Olive Oil, 2 Cups Stir-Fry Blend, A protein such as chicken, pork, shrimp or tofu.
I am a huge fan of the stir-fry! This recipe is so versatile and can also be a quick way to unload random veggies out of your fridge before they expire. If you can turn on your stove, you can make this dish! It’s an amazing way to load up on some nutritional vegetables if your being healthy on an epic-level or need to make up for some naughty goodies you have had recently. All about balance 🙂
Directions: Bust out that skillet and turn your stove on to medium heat. Pour enough olive oil in the pan to lightly coat the pan ( I guessed roughly 1-2 TBSP.) Pour 2 cups of stir-fry mix (a couple handfuls) into the heated skillet pan. Cover with lid.
While this is on the sweet sound of sizzle, take this time to chop & prep your protein choice. If you’ve chosen to add a protein, I suggest chicken, tofu, or pork. Be sure to flip your sizzling stir-fry once and again.
Once stir-fry has thawed considerably, add protein and continue to cover and flip occasionally.
Add 1 egg, splash of soy sauce, and 1/4- 1/2 splenda packet. Mix well and scramble egg.
When egg is cooked thoroughly, taste test. Feel free to add soy sauce as you wish but keep the sodium content in mind!
