Ingredients: 1 Cup Cauliflower, A Few Pearl Onions, 1/4 Cup Corn, 1 Garlic Clove, Salt & Pepper, Splash of Skim Milk, Slight Sliver of Butter.
This is a basic mash that is perfect to pair with grilled lemon tilapia or rosemary roasted chicken breast. An easy substitute for mashed potatoes & corn any day of the week!
1) If frozen, begin by boiling the corn, pearl onions & cauliflower until cauliflower is soft.
2) Strain in a colander and place into a mixing bowl.
3)A dd garlic, skim milk, butter & salt & pepper.
4) Mix slowly with handheld mixer until you have reached your desired mash texture.
