Ingredients: 1 Whole Banana, Chocolate Protein Shake Powder, Handful of Ice, Water, 1 tsp. Peanut Butter, Flaxseed (optional).
Music to Listen to While Preparing: Beach Boys

Directions:
 -Slice Banana
 -Place and Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Don’t forget to hold onto your top!
– Pour into a glass and sip with a straw!
